Introducing Sambal Sumatraa Daging Dendeng, it is our specially and locally made beef dish that’s completely juicy, made by a combination of the creamy, sticky sweetness of tamarind, and the soy sauce to marinade the beef before making it all crispy yet chewy in the mouth, leaving the exquisite after taste.
Sambal Sumatraa is derived from Terengganu’s Malay phrase “sume tera (semua try)” which simply means “all must try”. The product has established its yummylicious sambal-ness over the past 2 years, with numerous amazing customers to today.
